YUM YUM Excellent flavor and texture when baked to a medium crust. Less butter is better, none was best of all.

Except for one box where the yeast package tore and was at bottom, bread still rose and was very good. After baking and cooling, bread seems to stick to glass bread pan compared to the other kinds I've had of this good Hodgson Mill brand.

This was a great Subscribe & Save product, but 3 times over the last year I've received the WHEAT bread mix instead of the white. The wheat one never rises well in my bread maker and for us is a much less enjoyable loaf of bread.
